SHIPPING

• Any shipping costs or additional taxes for international shipping must be borne by the customer.

•  Once the product is ready, the estimated shipping time is 8 business days for domestic shipments. The estimated delivery time for international shipments is subject to the operations of the shipping agent.

• The carrier may request the presentation of the order and/or identification document from the authorized individual of legal age who will receive the merchandise.

• The authorized individual must complete the transportation document as proof of satisfactory receipt, providing their full name, signature, and identification document number.

• In the event that the product arrives damaged, scratched, peeled, or with missing parts, it should not be accepted by the authorized individual. In such cases, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Easy within 24 days after purchase. You must inform us about the return process before sending the product back. Specify the reason and wait for approval to proceed with the shipment.
